Standard Delivery:
Standard Delivery will occur within 3 to 4 working days between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. There are no extra charges for standard delivery.
Date Specific Delivery:
Date Specific Delivery allows you to choose a specific date for delivery between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. This option is subject to item availability. Rs. 300 will be charged extra for Date Specific Delivery.
Time Specific Delivery:
This delivery option allows you to select a specific time between 7:00 a.m. and Midnight. Rs. 300 will be charged extra for Time Specific Delivery.
Short Notice Delivery:
This option is available if the order is placed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., depending on whether the selected item can be delivered within the time limit (as some items require advance ordering). Cakes and Flowers are usually available and can be delivered within 2 hours. This service is only valid for Karachi. Rs. 650 will be charged extra for Short Notice Delivery.
Midnight Delivery:
We offer Midnight Delivery to allow customers to celebrate special moments, often preferred for birthdays. Rs. 700 will be charged extra for Midnight Delivery.
Unique Instructions:
Any instructions like the message on top of a cake, recipient availability, or whether to keep the delivery a surprise should be mentioned in the “Message for Greeting Card” section.
Please note that if the item does not meet satisfaction, kindly notify us within 3 hours of delivery. We will pick up the unsatisfactory item and replace it with a new one.
There will be no time commitment on events due to a high volume of deliveries.
Event delivery time will be between 10:00 a.m. and 09:00 p.m.
